The Buka Puasa buffet will feature seven menus of traditional local delicacies
To start off the Ramadan feast, there will be a spread of salad selections such as petai, king's salad, winged beans and long beans, complemented with local dressings.
There will also be action stalls serving items such as curry mee, laksa, fried kway teow and prawn mee.
A carving station will be available for roasted lamb and grilled items such as chicken drumsticks and skewered cocktail sausages.
One must not miss the signature items prepared for the Special Crater Curry menu, such as bubur lambuk (porridge), gear box soup, stingray asam curry, patin fish tempoyak curry and rendang tok.
Other dishes showcased are chicken lasagna, sweet and sour prawns, roasted lamb leg, squid slices in Vietnamese sauce and fried sambal cockles.
Desserts offered are cendol, apricot tart, honeydew sago, kuih and French pastries.
